Cambodia

Leprosy is a disease that attacks and causes progressive and permanent damage to skin, nerves, limbs, and eyes. Lepers are often forced out of their homes. CRAM Worldwide is now ministering among a leper colony in Stung Treng, Cambodia to care for the physical and spiritual needs of the sick. We are building ten houses for twenty leper families so they may have a safe and loving place to call home. We have begun construction on a medical facility in partnership with Fellowship of Associates of Medical Evangelism (FAME). Our desire is to build a church for the lepers. Since Cambodia is a relgiously free country, we are able to share the Gospel openly.

“A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, ‘Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.’ Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. ‘I am willing,’ he said. ‘Be clean!’ immediately, he was cleansed of his leprosy.” (Matthew 8:2-3)
